SANTA FE — Gov. Susana Martinez signed legislation Wednesday to extend gross receipts tax deductions to New Mexico’s military bases and test facilities to continue making them more competitive for certain defense projects.
Senate Bill 448, sponsored by Sen. William Burt, R-Otero, extends certain gross receipts tax deductions through the year 2025.
