New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham today issued a proclamation to honor the men and women who have lost their lives while serving in the military:

Today is Memorial Day, the day when our nation pauses to honor the men and women who have lost their lives while serving and defending our country as members of the United States military.

I am issuing the proclamation below to honor these fallen service members on this special day. Americans owe them our eternal gratitude for making this ultimate sacrifice for our country.
