At 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, James Chrobocinski, owner and qualifying broker of Zia Realty Group, will lead a first-time homebuyers information session and Q&A at Ruby K’s Bagel Café.
Realtors Karen Hawkins and Cindy Hollabaugh also will present information about the real estate process.
“We don’t want people to feel pressured at this event,” Chrobocinski said. “We’ll just be there to answer questions.”
People who attend this event will walk away with specific information on buying a house in Los Alamos.
Are you ready to buy a home? If not, what still needs to be done?
