Dear Los Alamos County voters!
Just over a decade ago, I began my public service in this community.
I will never forget the people in Los Alamos who helped elect me to my first ever political office with all of their hard work and support.
Ever since that day I was elected in 2012, I have never forgotten where I started.
Los Alamos is the community that taught me what it meant to be a responsive public servant, to listen to all viewpoints, and to represent constituents that didn’t always agree with me.
I remember long policy conversations at folks’ front doors and many of the friends I have in town—of ALL political stripes—I met on the campaign trail!
Now that I’m in a statewide office, I carry those beginnings with me still and they inform the kind of public servant I strive to be.
Thank you for giving me my start, Los Alamos!
