Caesar Salad Dressing

ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/2(+) cup good grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup of regular Parmesan cheese (Kraft)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1to 1 1/2 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 6-8 cloves garlic, pressed
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes,crushed
