The community is invited to a booksigning for FIRE GHOSTS, by Philip Metcalf and Patricia Galagan with writers Craig D. Allen and William deBuys 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 30, at the Los Alamos Nature Center, 2600 Canyon Road.
 
Prints of the art are on display now.
 
The haunting and beautiful images of FIRE GHOSTS reveal the effects of the 2011 Las Conchas Fire that devastated the Jemez Mountains, Valles Caldera and Los Alamos. The authors did not expect to find beauty—or much evidence of regeneration there––but, surprisingly, they found both.
