Fire Chief Troy Hughes Speaks At Rotary Club

Los Alamos Fire Chief Troy Hughes speaks to the Rotary Club of Los Alamos Sept. 11 to commemorate all of the victims and civilian and emergency responders, who died or were injured in the devastating attacks of that day. Seventeen years later, many emergency responders, as well as residents and workers, in affected areas have developed cancers caused by the inhalation of asbestos and other toxins released in the fumes of the explosions.
