Fiori e Sale announces its new chef, Jessica Martinez, who is a talented and passionate chef whose love for cooking is rooted in creativity, care, and community involvement.

With more than 15 years of experience in beloved kitchens across Los Alamos and White Rock, Chef Jessica brings not only exceptional skill but a soulfulness that perfectly complements the spirit of the Fiori e Sale café.

From crafting thoughtful menus and delicate pastries to guiding her teams with kindness and grace, she has a gift for turning seasonal ingredients into beautiful moments.

“My favorite thing about cooking is seeing smiling mouths full of my food,” Chef Jessica said.

Her journey includes award-winning kitchens, cherished community events, and a deep love for creating authentic dishes—always with a touch of love, joy, and never forget, fun.

At Fiori e Sale, the kitchen is now led with care and creativity by two chefs:

• Chef Tony Smith — with his signature Mediterranean Dish full of rustic coastal flavor — continues to delight dining guests every Monday and Tuesday; and 
• Chef Jessica Martinez — whose comforting, house-made Lasagna has already stolen hearts — will be creating soulful dishes Wednesday through Sunday.

Together, they bring warmth, heart, and harmony to the café, one plate at a time.
