Yuri Findlay

Yuri Findlay is the new owner and operator of the Los Alamos Farmers Insurance Agency at 1362 Trinity Dr. Suite A.
Findlay, originally from Trinidad & Tobago in the West Indies, moved to the Boston, Ma, in the 1970’s. After graduating from Cathedral High School in Boston, he spent 11 years in the US Air Force before graduating as a proud Lobo with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts, then a Master of Arts, from UNM in Albuquerque.
Findlay has several years of experience in the insurance industry and enjoys helping clients with products that protect their assets and provide financial stability. He took over the Los Alamos Farmers Agency after learning about the opportunity from his district manager in Albuquerque. “You don’t get many opportunities like this to grow your own business,” Findlay said.
After completing the training program with Farmers University and the Albuquerque district office, he took ownership of the local office July 1. Findlay is currently looking to hire one new sales producer, but plans to hire at least two other employees in the future.
Findlay Insurance Agency provides a variety of services to meet individual, family, and small to medium size business needs. The agency offers auto, home, umbrella, and life insurance products. For businesses they work with buy/sell agreements, business continuation, worker’s compensation, retirement products, E & O, commercial auto, and commercial business insurance policies.
