Fiesta Of Cultures Returns To Coronado Historic Site Oct. 21

Fiesta of Cultures will take over Coronado Historic Site (CHS) 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21.

Fiesta of Cultures is an annual event held by the Friends of Coronado and Jemez Historic Sites, welcoming people from all walks of life to share space.

Visitors can expect an arts and crafts fair, live entertainment, demonstrations, and kids-friendly activities—there will even be bread baking in the site’s newly built horno!

Around 10:30 a.m., Bad Habit and the Enablers will be performing, and then at 2 p.m., the Spanish Boom dance group will perform their set. Pueblo Foods and Busy Bee Frozen Custard will also be available  among the food vendors.

The Fiesta will be in front of the visitor center and free to access, but to explore CHS and enter the painted kiva, visitors will have to pay admission to the historic site.
