FBI: Espanola Man Charged With Bank Robbery

FBI News:
 
Mario Garcia, 42, of Espanola, has been arrested on a federal criminal complaint charging him with bank robbery.
 
Garcia is charged with the Feb. 20, 2018, robbery of Wells Fargo Bank at 3 West Gutierrez Street in Santa Fe.
 
The FBI, with the assistance of the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs, New Mexico State Police, and Ohkay Owingeh Police Department, arrested Garcia in Espanola Friday.
 
Garcia had an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Albuquerque Monday.
 
The public is reminded that all defendants are considered innocent unless convicted in a court of law.
