FBI News:

The Public Affairs Office of the FBI Albuquerque Division announced this morning that 10-month-old Eleia Maria Torres has been found alive and the suspect is in custody.

Background:

At around 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2024, the Clovis Police Department was dispatched to an incident at Ned Houk Park located at 700 County Road 17 near Clovis.

Upon arrival, officers located two deceased adult females and a 5-year-old juvenile with a gunshot wound.

After further investigation, Clovis officers learned one of the deceased females was the mother of the 5-year-old and also the mother of 10-month-old Eleia Maria Torres who had been with her  deceased mother and was now missing.
