FBI And Clovis Police Look For ‘Man In Brown Bandit’

FBI News:

The FBI and Clovis Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the “Man in Brown Bandit” who is responsible for a bank robbery Friday, June 17.

At approximately 10:04 a.m., an unknown male entered WaFd Bank at 2720 N. Prince St. The suspect verbally demanded money from a teller. The robber received an undisclosed sum of money and left the bank.

Suspect’s Description:

  • Sex: Male
  • Race: Light complexion
  • Height: 5’9″ to 6′
  • Clothing: Long-sleeve brown shirt, tan pants, light-colored tan hat, black eyeglasses, black mask.
  • Other: Tattoos on the left and right side of his neck.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this suspect.

Note: Bank robbery carries a possible prison term of up to 20 years. The use of a gun, other dangerous weapon, toy gun, or hoax bomb device during the commission of a bank robbery can be punishable by a prison term of up to 25 years.
