Join Family Strengths Network each Wednesday, April 1-22, for a unique art therapy group for parents.

SmART is a creative and hands-on way to reflect on the many challenges and joys that parenting brings.

Without judgment, these themes will be explored:

• Self-care;
• Parenting strategies;
• Relationships; and
• Fears that come with parenting.

Plan to attend all four sessions 6-7:30 p.m., Wednesdays. Registration is required at www.lafsn.org or by calling 505.662.4515. Childcare and snacks will be provided while parents enjoy hands-on activities and discussion.

This event is brought to the community through a collaboration with Family Strengths Network, First Born and United Way of Northern New Mexico.
