The National Honors Society hosted its annual induction ceremony Monday evening at the Duane Smith Auditorium.
Eighty-eight students were recognized in the ceremony.
Keynote speaker Alison Renner gave a motivational speech to the students and parents, recounting memories of her AP Physics class and encouraging student to continue putting in 100 percent to their academic efforts.
The National Honor Society (NHS) mission is to elevate a school’s commitment to the values of scholarship, service, leadership and character. These four pillars have been associated with membership in the organization since its inception in 1921.
