ECECD Marks 5 Years With Statewide Resource Fairs

ECECD News:

The Early Childhood Education and Care Department (ECECD) is marking its fifth birthday by participating in a series of community-based resource fairs, designed to support families of young children by gathering state agencies and community resources that offer programs and services that touch early childhood.

Commemorating ECECD’s founding July 1, 2020, these celebrations underscore the department’s ongoing commitment to meeting the needs of New Mexico’s youngest children and their families.

  • Opportunity to connect directly with ECECD staff and regional partners
  • Enrollment information for state and local early childhood programs 
  • Free on-site activities for children and families

Farmington — 4–8 p.m., Friday, July 18, 2025, at Berg Park, 400 Scott Ave, Farmington, hosted by San Juan County Early Childhood Coalition 

Española — 10 a.m.–2 p.m., Thursday, July 24, 2025, Northern New Mexico College, 921 N Paseo De Onate, Española, hosted by Rio Arriba County Early Childhood Collaborative
