EAA To Host Young Eagles Flight Rally At Los Alamos Airport

EAA Chapter 691 News:

EAA Chapter 691 of the Experimental Aircraft Association is hosting a Young Eagles Rally, 9-11 a.m. Sept. 21 at the Los Alamos Airport.

They will be giving free airplane rides to kids 8-17 years old. Beginning Wednesday evening, parents can register online for the rally by going to https://youngeaglesday.org and looking for the Los Alamos Young Eagles Day there (zip code 87544). Parents will need to sign a waiver as well as be present on the day of the event for kids to participate.

It’s a first come first served registration process and once filled, kids can be placed on a waitlist however there is no guarantee they will fly that day.

EAA Chapter 691 will be holding a rally in Española next month as well.
