The Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities (DPU) Customer Care Center will be operating in a limited capacity from 12:30–2:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 12, for an employee appreciation luncheon.

The Customer Care Center will be processing payments at the window and answering general questions. However, email and phone communications will be handled when staff return to their desks at 2:30 p.m. Except for this period of limited operations, DPU and its Customer Care Center operation are open Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and may be contacted at 505.662.8333 or CustomerCare@losalamosnm.gov. The DPU is located in the Municipal Building at 1000 Central Ave., Suite 130.
