Demolition on Pajarito Brewpub & Grill Begins

Demolition got underway Friday at the Pajarito Brewpub & Grill in the Mari-Mac Shopping Center. Owner Patrick Mockler-Wood said this morning that he and his partners, Catherine Mockler, Pawel Listwan and and Dorota Listwan are shooting for a September opening of the new restaurant under construction at the corner of Trinity Drive.
