Pi Pizzeria, a new venture by local entrepreneur Erin Gentry, a graduate of the 2024 Los Alamos Business Accelerator. Pi Pizzeria premiered its pizzas at the Los Alamos Farmers’ Market, selling out completely before noon.
Gentry is bringing a fresh, innovative pizza experience to Los Alamos.
“We’re excited to offer our community a variety of delicious, handcrafted pizzas made with the finest ingredients. The Farmers’ Market was the perfect venue to introduce our menu, and we are grateful for the support we’ve received,” he said.
Pi Pizzeria’s offerings include a diverse range of pizzas, from classic favorites to creative, gourmet options. Each pizza is carefully crafted to deliver a perfect balance of flavors, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all.
As a proud graduate of the 2024 Los Alamos MainStreet Business Accelerator, Pi Pizzeria has benefited from the program’s comprehensive support and resources. The accelerator has played a crucial role in helping Gentry refine his business model, develop effective marketing strategies, and connect with the local community.
