- Achieves Roadrunner Recognition for Third Consecutive Year
SANTA FE—Del Norte Credit Union (DNCU), Northern New Mexico’s hometown financial cooperative, is proud to announce that it has been once again recognized by Quality New Mexico and its New Mexico Performance Excellence Awards program for progress towards performance excellence—Level 3 Roadrunner recognition.
This accolade is based on DNCU’s success in enhancing the member experience and improving products, services, internal processes and organization.
“We have adopted the Baldrige Criteria framework through Quality New Mexico (QNM) and continue to make progress towards performance excellence,” DNCU CEO/President Chuck Valenti said. “This marks the fourth year that DNCU has been honored by QNM, and the third consecutive year for the Roadrunner level. I am extremely proud of the recognition, which can be attributed to a significant collective effort by the DNCU staff.”
DNCU celebrates its 60th Anniversary this year, owing much of its success to being a trusted source of unbiased financial advice. The QNM earned recognition validates the credit union’s substantive progress in building sound and systematic processes for economic competitiveness, responsiveness and effective services.
