Founded in 1978 by Joan and Mel Duran, and operating at the current location for 10 years, De Colores is the longest running restaurant in Los Alamos.
The restaurant was packed during the lunch hour Wednesday and is a popular dining spot for those who live and work in Los Alamos.

Fresh menu items, live music and community events are part of the restaurant’s weekly offerings.
