Dane Harris Brings Home Two Silver Medals for Atomic Tumblers

The boys’ competitive team from Los Alamos School of Gymnastics competed in the SAGA Classic in Albuquerque on Feb. 9-10.

Dane Harris, in the Level 4 Junior Division, earned silver medals on high bar (9.4) and vault (9.3) and placed fourth on still rings (9.7.)

Harris was the top all-around scorer for the Atomic Tumblers, with a 53.3, placing fifth.

In the Level 4 Child Division, Troy Makela earned silver on vault (9.2), fourth on high bar (8.2), and placed ninth all-around with a 47.3.

Caden Stilwell competed in the Level 5 Child Division and earned seventh on vault (9.2), ninth on high bar (7.2), and placed eleventh all-around (46.6.)

Daniel Fryer, in the Level 5 Junior Division, earned gold on vault (9.5), took fourth on floor (8.4), and placed seventh all-around (48.0.)

In the Level 5 Senior Division, Philo Shelton earned fifth on rings (9.2), sixth on vault (9.1) and floor (7.9), and placed seventh all-around (49.1.)

NOTE: The Los Alamos School of Gymnastics (LASG) is a non-profit, member-owned and parent-operated organization.
