Daily Postcard: Meet the team of local heroes working together for hours Tuesday to find a little boy missing in White Rock. Police Chief Dino Sgambellone, third from left, Fire Chief Troy Hughes, ninth from right, police officers, detectives, battalion chiefs and firefighters gathered at the LAPD Mobile Command Center near Pinion Elementary School where a 10-year-old boy went missing Tuesday morning. Community members joined the search for the boy who was found safe and sound and taken home at about 6 p.m. Tuesday. He reportedly was upset about his school work. Chief Sgambellone and Chief Hughes along with their local, state and federal partners thank the community and local faith-based organizations for all their help and support during the search for this little boy.
