C’YA News:

Champions of Youth Ambitions (C’YA) is partnering with the Los Alamos Retired and Senior Organization to collect holiday cards for soldiers and veterans, beginning Wednesday. 

The White Rock Senior Center will host the collection box beginning on Wednesday, Nov. 19 through Tuesday, Nov. 25. The Betty Ehart Senior Center will host the collection box from Dec. 1 through Dec. 15. The community is welcome to write letters, send cards or even children’s colorings to support this effort.

C’YA has been doing this project for 12 years. To learn more or submit the name of a service member who would like to receive mail care packages, call 505.695.9139. C’YA also accepts spare change and donations of postage.
