In collaboration with the Wireless Infrastructure Association, UNM-Los Alamos is starting a cutting-edge Broadband-5G Certificate program Aug. 19.
The program not only equips students with essential telecommunications skills but also offers unique opportunities for hands-on training, paid internships and national apprenticeships in the dynamic realms of wireless and fiber optic careers.
Highlights include courses in algebra, trigonometry, circuit analysis, physics, and hands-on learning labs, along with specialized modules on wireless communication systems. With stackable certificates, college credit and guided pathways to high-paying careers, the UNM-Los Alamos Broadband-5G Certificate program is key to a successful career in telecommunications.
