COUNTY News:

The County’s project team will host an information table this Thursday during the Farmer’s Market regarding the five proposed recreation bond projects being considered in an all mail-out election.

Market-goers are encouraged to stop by and pick up the Voter Information Booklet or ask questions. The team will be available 9-11 a.m. at the market to answer questions.

Residents can also visit www.losalamosbondprojects2017.com to find information or download the booklet. There also is a Facebook page about the projects – search for Los Alamos Bond Projects 2017 on Facebook.

Ballots for the special election were mailed out to registered voters last week and must be returned to the Clerk’s Office by 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 23.
