COUNTY News:

Los Alamos County’s Community Development Department will host a free Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Workshop for homeowners, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Saturday, March 28, in the Pajarito Room at Fuller Lodge.

Homeowners can meet with staff from the Department’s Building and Planning teams to discuss potential home improvement projects, ask questions about permits, and get guidance on the benefits of hiring a licensed contractor or completing work themselves. Projects may range from small additions to installing a new fence or carport. 

Residents are encouraged to bring photos, drawings, or plans for review.
