County Reissues Broadband Network Project Solicitation 

COUNTY News: 

Los Alamos County staff reports the re-issuing of the Community Broadband Network project Request For Proposals (RFP) Dec. 12, 2023.

The previous solicitation had good response through both Phase 1 (qualifications) and Phase 2 (proposals), however Phase 2 proposals received were deemed incomplete.

Finalists from the previous RFP process were notified of the Phase 2 proposal requirement shortcomings. All interested vendors have until Jan. 12, 2024, to respond to Phase 2 of this 2-step “Design, Build, Operate” opportunity. Staff is working diligently to maintain progress on the project.
