County Records Office Closure Extended Through November

COUNTY News:

The Los Alamos County Records and Information Management (RIM) office closure has been extended through the end of November due to unforeseen circumstances related to emergency utility infrastructure repair.  While the physical office at 1000 Central Ave., Suite 190 in the Municipal Building, is closed, the RIM staff continue to work remotely and are available by phone and email.

According to Records Manager Barbara Ricci, her team is processing records requests in accordance with the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA). Requests can be submitted online at https://lacnm.com/IPRA or by email at inspect-records@lacnm.us. She notes that, unfortunately, physical records stored within Suite 190 will be unavailable until the construction is completed.

For more information, contact the RIM office by phone at 505.663.1891 or email at Francella.montoya@lacnm.us, Victoria.montoya@lacnm.us and Barb.Ricci@lacnm.us.
