The Los Alamos County Council proclaimed October as Arts and Humanities Month in Los Alamos County at the Sept. 30 Council meeting. Representatives from local arts and cultural organizations, including members of the Los Alamos Arts Council, Los Alamos MainStreet and Creative District, Step Up Gallery, Samizdat Bookstore and Teahouse, Village Arts, Los Alamos Community Foundation, and Los Alamos Little Theater, joined the celebration.
