Los Alamos County Library System is hosting a reading challenge for all ages that runs through Jan. 31, 2022. Come one, come all to the Winter Carnival of Reading!
Participants will read books and complete fun activities to earn virtual badges and prizes. Every participant to complete the challenge will receive a free book.
In addition, three grand prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
- Youth;
- Teen; and
- Adult.
To participate, visit Beanstack to log in or create an account. This free digital platform is accessible via LosAlamosLibrary.org, or as a free app from the App Store or Google Play. Once logged in, find the Winter Carnival of Reading Challenge, and start logging reading and activities. To finish the challenge, complete 10 hours of reading and four activities.
