COUNTY News:

As part of the ongoing East Park Basketball Court and North Mesa Tennis Courts Renovation Project, the parking lot at East Park is closed for the duration of construction as indicated. A temporary walking path will be created to access the pavilion and playground areas.

This closure is necessary to facilitate the demolition and rebuilding process and ensure the safety of the public and construction crews.

The project, led by LA Landscaping and More, includes the demolition and reconstruction of the basketball court at East Park, as well as upgrades to fencing and parking areas. While most park amenities will remain open to visitors, the County encourages the public to plan accordingly for alternative parking and access.

The County appreciates the community’s patience and cooperation during the process to improve these recreational spaces. The project remains on schedule for completion by Sept. 30, 2025.
