Deputy Manager Steve Lynne and Budget and Performance Manager Karen Kendall had good news for the County Council at the start of its budget hearings Monday night in Council Chamabers. For the 25th year, the County received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers’ Association.
