County Council To Hold Closed Session Tuesday Oct. 11

COUNTY News:

The Los Alamos County Council will hold a Closed Session at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11. 

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss threatened or pending litigation regarding the San Juan Generating Station.

Council also is scheduled to discuss collective bargaining negotiations with:

  • United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters, Local Union No. 412;
  • International Brotherhood Of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union No. 611;
  • International Union of Police Associations AFL-CIO, Local No. 14; and
  • Los Alamos Firefighters’ Association, IAFF Local 3279 Firefighter’s Union.

Also on the agenda is a discussion of the purchase, acquisition or disposal of real property.
