The Los Alamos County Community and Economic Development Department invites residents and other interested parties to participate in the Los Alamos Housing Survey. The purpose of the survey is to collect information regarding housing needs and priorities within the county and assist staff in the formulation of housing programs and activities.
The Housing Survey will be available to the public for three weeks from Oct. 21 through Nov. 8.
The Housing Survey is available online via Survey Monkey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Los_Alamos_Housing_Survey.
Homeowners and renters age 18 and above are invited to participate.
Paper (hard copy) surveys:
Participants can fill out a paper survey. They are available at 311 desk, both library locations, Social Services and both Senior Center locations and return them at the same location they picked them up, to the survey response box at the front desk.
Surveys can also be returned to the Community and Economic Development Office in the Municipal Building, 1000 Central Ave., Suite 150, or mailed to Los Alamos County, Community and Economic and Development Department, 1000 Central Ave., Suite 150, Los Alamos, NM 87544 c/o Paul Andrus or Darby Martinez.
The County asks that you pass this information on to anyone who maybe be in the market for housing (either rental or purchase) within Los Alamos County or who may benefit from the results of this survey.
