COUNTY News:
WHEREAS: The Key Club has approximately 70 student leaders who strive to improve their world every day, starting right here at home in Los Alamos – it is the largest club at the high school; and
WHEREAS: In 2018, Key Club members logged nearly 400 hours of community service, making a big difference in our community by volunteering their time and talent; and
WHEREAS: The Los Alamos County Council wishes to commend the Los Alamos High School Key Club for their outstanding commitment and 70 years of loyal service to our community;
NOW, THEREFORE, on behalf of the Council of the Incorporated County of Los Alamos, I do hereby proclaim the week of November 4-9, 2019 as
“LOS ALAMOS HIGH SCHOOL KEY CLUB WEEK”
in Los Alamos County. We applaud the efforts of the Key Club and look forward to many more successful years, and we encourage every high school student with a love of service to seek out opportunities to join this wonderful club.
