Council Discusses Priorities At Strategic Planning Session

Los Alamos County Council held its annual strategic planning session Tuesday, Jan. 12. Broadband access, succession planning and updating the County’s communication plan were among topics discussed. Many of Council’s priority areas remain unchanged, such as increasing the amount and diversity of housing options, protecting, maintaining and improving open space and recreation areas, enhancing support and opportunities for local businesses, improving utilization and aesthetics of vacant buildings, supporting social services, expanding transportation, parking and mobility options and investing in infrastructure.
