Council voted to adopt Ordinance 651; an Ordinance restating and reauthorizing those leases between the County of Los Alamos and Los Alamos Retirement Community entered on Jan. 1, 1983 and Dec. 1, 2001 and extending the terms thereof. Council further moved that, upon passage, the Ordinance be published in summary form and that the County Administrator be authorized to execute the documents to facilitate refinancing of Los Alamos Retirement Community debt as requested.
