At 8 p.m. Friday, Johnson will kick off the Fourth Annual Play It Forward Charity Event and Ugly Sweater Party at Cottonwood on the Greens. Tickets are $10 and available at the door. Fellow DJs Kap’n Kirk and Brandon Jay will join TLUXX for the evening.

“We are delighted to host the Play It Forward event at Cottonwood on the Greens,” said owner Pawel Listwan. “One hundred percent of the proceeds will go to Youth Shelters of Santa Fe which is a very important charity, especially at this time of the year.”

Listwan said the event will be open to people under 21 and there will be strict supervision of alcohol service. He said the restaurant, which normally closes at 8 p.m. will remain open with a limited menu including pizza and burgers.
