The Los Alamos Daily Post's events calendar webcast, "Clark & Kendall's Weekend Preview." Carol A. Clark and Greg Kendall co-host this weekly program, which previews each upcoming weekend's events scheduled throughout Los Alamos and White Rock.

Today's Weekend Preview runs about 19 minutes.

Council Meeting on Tuesday
 
It's a Work Session in White Rock Fire Station 3 (7 p.m.) – and they'll have two topics on their agenda: Discussion regarding the general organization of committees that are formed by Council and the role of County Staff assigned to such committees…and…discussion of Council policy on the spending of County resources to disseminate information to the public on major projects and how balance can be achieved. Special Council Meeting on Wednesday
 
They'll be holding the public hearings on several ordinances that would be needed in order to send revisions to the County's Charter about initiative, referendum and recall to a vote this November. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers. 
 
CIP Project Funding – Council Calls TWO Special Meetings
 
On May 15 and 16, the Council will tackle the tough job of funding plans and prioritization of a long list of Capital Improvement Projects that were presented to them in the FY13/14 budget. There are specific details about the meetings and format that you need to know – visit this webpage
