With a “Home for the Holidays” theme, the Art Center offers unique, quality artwork from 125 different artists priced $1 to $250. Fairy Tales and Fantasies Holiday Lights Parade 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8. Mainstreet Winter Fest Light Parade on Central Avenue followed by lighting of a tree at Ashley Pond.

The Second Annual Community Holiday Prism Concert by Los Alamos Community Winds. 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec 8 @ Crossroads Bible Church following the Holiday Lights Parade on Central Avenue. $10 per person suggested donation.

Light Among the Ruins: Jemez State Monument.  5 p.m. Saturday, Dec 8. The ruins of Giusewa Pueblo and San José de los Jémez mission church will be decorated with hundreds of traditional luminarias. The evening’s program will include traditional Native American flute music and Jémez Pueblo dancers’ performance between two illuminating bon-fires. Enjoy free horse-drawn wagon rides from Jémez Springs Park to the Monument and holiday refreshments.  Free admission!
