This Week’s Recipe:
Onion and Potato Soup

• 3 Medium Onions browned in butter * 8 minutes or so
• 6 new potatoes diced and browned with onions
• Add 5 Cups of water and simmer, about 20 or so minutes
• Add salt and pepper
• Optional: Bacon, ham or meat of your choice
• Simmer until potatoes soft top with fresh croutons and serve with a salad.
