Effective Oct. 21, the state of New Mexico revised the requirements for travelers incoming from out of state. Travelers from six low-risk states and the District of Columbia are exempt from the mandatory self quarantine requirement. For a state to be classified as a low risk, it must meet two criteria: (i) test positivity rate below 5% and (ii) seven-day average of daily diagnoses below 8 per 100,000 residents.
