Chamisa Book Fair to Benefit Oklahoma Victims

CHAMISA News:

Today is the last day of Chamisa Elementary School’s Buy One Get One (BOGO) free Book Fair.

Chamisa is keeping the book fair open until 3 p.m. today for community members who wish to stop by and purchase books to help Moore, Okla., which was hit by a devastating tornado that leveled two elementary schools.

Chamisa does not make any money from this book fair and has two staff members with family in Oklahoma who have volunteered to take the books to Moore.

Chamisa also will be collecting school supplies until the end of the school year for Moore. Community members can drop off school supplies in the school lobby at 301 Meadow Lane in White Rock.
