Century Bank has announced the promotion of Karen Easton To Senior Vice President, Director of Retail Banking. In this pivotal role, Easton will oversee the strategy, operations, and growth of the bank’s retail banking division, ensuring exceptional service and innovative solutions for the bank’s customers.
Easton has been a resident of Los Alamos since 2003. For 11 years, she was the Branch Manager of Los Alamos National Bank. After joining Century Bank in 2019 as Vice President Branch Manager, Easton opened the bank’s newest branch in Los Alamos.
Easton brings more than 20 years banking experience and a proven track record of driving success across retail banking initiatives. Her commitment to fostering strong relationships and delivering personalized financial services has earned her recognition as a respected leader within the industry.
An active member of the Los Alamos community, she serves as chair of the Los Alamos Planning and Zoning Commission, board member of The Family YMCA and treasurer of the Los Alamos Commerce and Development Corporation.
