Join us as we celebrate WinterFest at The Blue Window Bistro. This two-week celebration kicks off Saturday, Dec. 8 when the Blue Window Bistro opens for a special Saturday evening, as the light parade makes its way through downtown Los Alamos.

On this day, the Blue Window Lounge will open 3-5 p.m. for a special winter wine tasting. Our main dining room will open at 5 p.m., where we will be offering not only our standard dinner menu, but also a special selection of holiday culinary creations and festive cocktails. Featured specials include locally raised bison Osso Bucco, wild caught Chilean sea bass, peppermint mocha cheesecake and a poached pear and gingerbread trifle.

If you want to warm up during the light parade, we will have a beer garden set up in front of the restaurant, complete with patio heaters, where we will be offering coffee and hot chocolate, as well as beer, wine and several other festive cocktails.

During the two weeks leading up to Christmas, we also will be offering candy tasting and discounts on holiday gift baskets, featuring unique water bottles, mugs, local edible treats and soaps. Additionally, we will feature a number of different holiday specials and cocktails.

WinterFest at The Blue Window concludes with a delectable 4-course Christmas Eve dinner 4-9 p.m., Monday, Dec. 24. Reservations for this dinner are highly recommended, as our holiday dinners are a long running tradition in Los Alamos and usually fill up quickly.
