LABC News:

Public invited to attend the first ever Los Alamos Beer Co-op “Beer Fiesta” with five local breweries and a band on the ski lodge deck Saturday.

Sponsored by your local beer cooperative. Proceeds benefits efforts to bring a local craft brewery to Los Alamos that is owned by members of the community. http://www.losalamosbeer.coop/

Ski Hill will be open for biking and hiking 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as well as the Cafe. http://www.skipajarito.com/

Atomic City Transit will provide a free community shuttle to the Beer Fiesta at Pajarito Mountain this Saturday, July 27. Riders should park at the Los Alamos National Bank (LANB) parking lot instead of Sullivan Field, as Sullivan Field and surrounding lots are being utilized for the LANL 70th Anniversary Celebration: https://www.losalamosnm.us/transit/Pages/default.aspx

Buses will leave the LANB parking lot approximately every 30 minutes noon to 7:30 p.m. and return from Pajarito Mountain every 30 minutes 12:30-8 p.m. Riders may also catch the Ski Hill Shuttle at any of Atomic City Transit’s regular bus stops along the south side of Canyon/Central between Diamond and 15th Street, as buses will be traveling this stretch of road on the way to LANB each trip.

Questions? Call 661-RIDE (7433). If you are at the lab picnic you can get the shuttle nearby on Canyon just past 39th Street, in front of the Gold Street Apartments.
