NMRLD News:
SANTA FE — The Cannabis Control Division of the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department (NMRLD) at 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 6 will hold a public hearing to gather input on the revised draft cannabis producer rules posted by the division after a first public hearing in June.
The hearing will be held at the State Capitol, Room 307, and can be joined virtually at this link.
The Cannabis Regulation Act, passed by the Legislature earlier this year, requires that regulations for producers be in place by Sept. 1 so that the CCD can begin issuing producer licenses on that date.
The CRA requires that CCD begin processing all other license applications including those for retailers and manufacturers by Jan. 1, 2022.
