COUNTY News:

Safety Town, the program for children entering Kindergarten in Fall 2020, is canceled this summer due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency. 

Safety Town is a free program where students entering Kindergarten can learn strategies to keep themselves safe and have opportunities to practice basic safety procedures in new situations.

Los Alamos Public Schools, the Los Alamos Police Department, and the Los Alamos County Recreation Division hope to offer some aspects of this program with Kindergarten classes during the upcoming school year.
